I have stayed at this hotel several times while visiting kids at the local University. It has always been clean & comfortable with very reasonable rates. The breakfast is nothing to tell your friends about, but considering that free price it is more than acceptable. With a single one time exception the staff has always been wonderful & courteous, and they all apologized for the exception who had a short future with them management promised.
It is not five star, but beats the heck out of Motel 6 and other budget locations in the area.
